THE SONGS
Ten songs. Ten stories. One journey.
1. Moonbeams — 3:40 I feel your moonbeams working on me, I feel your rays, they change me… A luminous opening about transformation and being truly seen—the quiet guidance of the universe, like moonbeams, gently drawing us out of hiding and into the light.
2. Gone — 3:58 Gone are the days when love was new, gone is the man I thought I knew… A quiet reckoning with loss—and the slow unraveling of a love that was never quite what it seemed.
3. Can't See the Light — 5:45 Oh, sweet fragile girl, hide away from the world… A tender, aching letter to the parts of ourselves we’ve kept hidden—and a reminder that even in the darkness, morning's light still comes.
4. Good Little Girl — 3:41 My birth came with a checklist, how to be a Good Little Girl… A sharp, soulful unraveling of the impossible expectations placed on women from the very beginning—and the moment she chooses to step outside them.
5. Eternity — 4:48 Patience while I reminisce, my years of pain mixed with bliss… A winding reflection on time, memory, and everything in between -- shaped by what we carry forward and what we leave behind, and the hope that those who come after us will find their own path.
6. Watch Her Soar — 4:35 It's time for her to fly high, fly high, spread her wings and soar into the sky… A mother’s love song—fierce, proud, and quietly heartbreaking. The tender ache of letting go, and the beauty of watching her soar.
7. Pedestal — 3:10 I wanted to be your Dark Goddess… please take me down from this pedestal. A song about being placed on a pedestal and slowly turned into something to be seen—an object, rather than someone to be known—and the unraveling that follows.
8. Sunflowers — 3:57 Today I let go and laid the flower down, familial ghosts floating all around… A ceremony of release ~ grief, ancestry, and setting down what was carried too long, making space for what is authentic to emerge.
9. Revolving Doors — 4:18 Revolving doors, spin around me now, all around me as you come and go… Life in constant motion—people arriving and leaving, the cyclical nature of relationships, and the moment you find the courage to close the door and end the pattern.
10. Wheel of Fortune — 4:42 Fallen angel, lost my wings… welcome to your new life, time for the show. A cinematic closing about surrendering to the unknown—the feeling of being set down into a life that never quite fits, and the reluctant acceptance of what continues beyond us.
